morning person

For the past few days B has been cooing/"talking" when she wakes up instead of fussing or crying. I love it! She is too much! A few things to note:
-Please don't mind the stack of clean laundry on the dresser.
-The spray bottle on the dresser is for spraying the cats in the night when they bang on our bedroom door. It's fun.
-I am going to stop swaddling her after we get back from vacation... she's almost 4 months old, it's about time huh?
-Ignore my annoying voice. Please.
-It was pretty dark in the room and it is even darker now that I can watch it on the computer, but even if you can't fully make her out her voice is still so cute! I just wish you could see her HUGE smiles better!
-I am quite proud of myself for figuring out how to upload this video!

I love her so much. Wow.

  1. so precious! Oh her little voice is so cute! and don't be bashful about your voice. I think all mamas get a new voice when their babies arrive; one they never knew existed. Mine's embarressing too! ha! Love the video!

  5. Has the modified diet worked for you at all?! I think I'm going to start that tomorrow! The only sucky part is that I have a freezer full of breast milk that was pumped when I was eating dairy. That would really stink to have to get rid of it! Did you see a big improvement with the medication??

  6. Hey!
Harper would NOT nap at all forever!!! I would lay her in her crib and she would scream bloody murder. And finally around 6 months (the BLISS MONTH) - she would start acting tired in the morning and in the afternoon and I would just watch for cues (like rubbing her eyes or acting a little fussy or burying her head in my chest) and lay her down. Sometimes she cries but I give her 15 minutes and 9 times out of 10 she will go to sleep and stay asleep for 2 hours at a time. It has changed my life!!!!
